Dulcetta Mandolin Banjo Restoration
Here's a Dulcetta Mandolin Banjo that was basically unplayable due to the severe neck angle and poor construction. The neck was just screwed to the body, however the body has warped and shrunk. I decided to re-cut the neck joint and mating body area and glue it with hide glue.

The bottom had also come adrift - so it needed removing and re-gluing |
Here it is completely stripped down |
The frets were badly finished - so I had to level and crown them etc. |
This is the finished glued joint. |
The bridge needed a piece added to bottom to set the correct string height |
The resulting action - plays very well now |
thanks for looking
Cheers Chris.
