Repairs to Flamenco Guitar

I got this Flamenco Guitar in a job lot - it had one string on it - but despite being a bit broken it sounded great, so I figured it might be worth bringing it back to life. It appears to be hand made -the sound hole rosette is proper laminated strips.

Here I've removed the finish from the front using a scraper Also made a sturdy repair piece to attach the heel to the back.

The garage workshop - the door on the right is a sectioned off corner for my electronic repair stuff.

My Hide Glue Heater - heavily based on a glass jar and a pcb preheater - mix the glue pearls in water and wait for it to soak into a gloopy mess - then heat it it to around 140 deg Farenheit - until it gently runs off the brush.
